We are working with a University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust to source a full-time Consultant in Restorative Dentistry.

Who Are We Looking For?
We seek a dedicated professional who meets the following criteria:
Education and Qualifications
Full Registration with United Kingdom General Dental Council GDC
On the specialist GDC list in Restorative Dentistry or within 6 months of eligibility for inclusion.
Inter-C collegiate Speciality fellowship Exit Examination in Restorative dentistry or equivalent.
Possession of certificate of Accreditation or eligibility for a CSST in Restorative Dentistry
Experience and Training
Successful completion of SAC approved 5 year training programme in Restorative Dentistry, or within 6 months of completion or equivalent.
Current holders of NHS or honorary NHS Consultant contracts in Restorative dentistry are eligible to apply.
European or overseas candidates would need to show equivalence to the formal 5 year training pathway in Restorative Dentistry
Your Role:
As a Consultant in Restorative Dentistry, you will:
Provide expert restorative dental care within the Oral and Maxillofacial Department
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care
Engage in academic teaching and research, contributing to the advancement of restorative dentistry

Current holder of an NHS or honorary NHS consultant contract in orthodontics are eligible to be shortlisted
Successful completion of an SAC-approved 2-year minimum training programme in a Fixed Term Training Appointment, or Orthodontics, or within 6 months of completion of training, or equivalent, which follows on from the pre-CCST training period of 3 years, or equivalent.
Applicants who are nationals from another European country, or elsewhere overseas, would have to show equivalence to the 5-year training period in the NHS required for speciality

About the Role:
We are excited to invite applications for a Locum Consultant in Stroke Medicine to join the dedicated and friendly team. The service delivers high-quality care across hyper-acute, acute, and rehabilitation domains of stroke medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the reperfusion on-call service, including thrombolysis and selecting patients for mechanical thrombectomy at the local neurosciences centre.
- Commit to a 1 in 6 on-call rota.
- Serve as the Physician of the Week 1 in 6 weeks (ward rounds).
- Manage Hyper-Acute Stroke Unit admissions.
- Conduct outpatient clinics, including TIA and stroke follow-ups.
- Provide consultant cover on the rehabilitation ward.
