Nursing Home Manager Keighley, Bradford £70,000 – £75,000 + bonus (c. £90,000 package) Indigo Healthcare is working in partnership with a well-established, family-led care provider to appoint a Nursing Home Manager for a large service in the Keighley area. This is a role suited to an experienced operator who prefers building on strong foundations rather than walking into a turnaround. The home is stable, well-supported, and already performing to a good standard, with a positive regulatory position and an experienced senior team in place. The Opportunity You will take full ownership of the home, leading both the clinical and operational performance. The focus is on consistency, team development and incremental improvement across key areas such as occupancy, staffing and quality. This isn’t a role where you’ll be firefighting. It’s about maintaining standards, strengthening what’s already working, and having the autonomy to make measured improvements. What You’ll Be Responsible For Overall leadership of the service, both operationally and clinically Maintaining and strengthening CQC compliance and quality standards Driving occupancy, staffing stability and overall performance Leading, developing and retaining a capable, settled team Managing budgets and ensuring commercial awareness across the service Building credible relationships with local stakeholders and healthcare partners About You You’ll be an experienced Nursing Home Manager who is comfortable taking full ownership of a service and leading from the front. You’ll likely have: A proven background managing nursing services A strong grasp of CQC standards and regulatory expectations Level 5 Leadership & Management (or equivalent) A balanced approach across care quality and commercial performance A leadership style that builds stability, accountability and trust Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.
