🔹 About the Role
The post of Senior Fellow in Emergency Medicine is ideal for doctors who already have substantial NHS Emergency Department experience and wish to enhance their clinical, leadership, and procedural skills while progressing along the CESR route.
You’ll be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality emergency care, gaining hands-on experience in a wide variety of acute presentations.

🔹 Requirements
MBBS or equivalent medical qualification

Experience in a large acute hospital (1000+ beds – essential)
Active participation in audits and service improvement initiatives
For Tier 3 roles: Full MRCEM
For Tier 4 roles: Full MRCEM + IAC sign-off
Procedural sedation competencies and ST3-level sign-offs desirable
