🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading a 150-bed nursing and dementia care home with pride and purpose

  • Working closely with your Deputy and a strong team to set the tone and standards

  • Being on-call every other weekend – we all share the load

  • Keeping residents at the heart of everything, always

  • Building strong relationships with families, your team, and professionals

  • Meeting and exceeding CQC standards with confidence

🎯 What You Bring:

  • A current NMC pin – you’re a qualified nurse and proud of it

  • 2+ years’ experience managing in a nursing home setting

  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and people skills

  • Ideally, experience across multiple sites (but not essential)

  • Passion, professionalism, and a values-led approach to care
