Maintain active involvement in CPD and continuing medical education. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and safety. Essential Criteria Full and Specialist Registration (and Licence to Practise) with the General Medical Council (GMC), or eligibility within 6 months. FRCA or equivalent qualification. Completed specialist training or CESR in Anaesthesia. Minimum 5 years of supervised anaesthesia training (SpR equivalent). Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills. Proven ability to manage complex clinical workloads effectively. Desirable Experience in anaesthesia for high BMI patients. Evidence of participation in teaching, audit, or research.
