Completed specialist training or CESR in Anaesthesia. Minimum 5 years of supervised anaesthesia training (SpR equivalent). Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills. Proven ability to manage complex clinical workloads effectively. Desirable Experience in anaesthesia for high BMI patients. Evidence of participation in teaching, audit, or research.
