Indigo Healthcare is working in partnership with a well-established, family-led care provider to appoint a Nursing Home Manager for a large service in the Keighley area.

A strong grasp of CQC standards and regulatory expectations
Level 5 Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
A balanced approach across care quality and commercial performance
A leadership style that builds stability, accountability and trust

Supportive senior leadership structure
Established service with solid foundations already in place
Next Steps
If this feels like the type of environment you do your best work in, I’m happy to talk it through in more detail.
Equally, if now’s not the right time, feel free to keep my details and we can pick things up when it suits.
