Job Summary:

  • Experience in all aspects of community paediatrics, including child development, ASD, ADHD, neuro-disability, and more.

About You:

  • Full valid Registration with the General Medical Council.
  • Membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics & Child Health (or equivalent).
  • Capable to work at Consultant level in Community Child Health.
  • Ability to work independently and offer expert clinical assessment and management.
  • Proven experience in clinical audit, medical education, and multi-professional training.
  • Understanding of NHS management structure and ability to prioritize and organise workload.
  • Good written and oral communication skills and experience in working in a multidisciplinary team.

Role Overview This post includes 10 Programmed Activities (PAs): 8.5 PAs dedicated to direct clinical care. 1.5 PAs allocated to Supporting Professional Activities (SPA), with the potential for additional SPA time by mutual agreement for organisational roles.
