Wanting to join a newly acquired Care Home at Management level?

I am working with a care provider who has recently welcomed this care home into their family-owned, values-driven group.

We're looking for a proactive, culture‑shifting leader who can support a positive transformation and provide stability during this new phase.

You’ll lead with our core values of compassion, empathy, dignity, and positivity and drive excellence across:

  • Compliance & quality care (CQC standards, KPIs)

  • Improved staff stability and reduced agency dependency

  • Person-centred care for (dementia, nursing, respite, and day care services).

The right candidate will have a steady work history, flexibility to travel (management meetings in Scotland, London, Manchester), and a flair for tech—MS Teams proficiency essential.


Candidate Profile

  • Previous Care Home Manager experience (NHS or independent sector)

  • Registered Nurses with a current PIN welcome—but not essential

  • Demonstrated success in enhancing service quality, agency usage, staff retention, and compliance 

  • Ability to embed a positive, collaborative culture

About the Role: We're seeking a Consultant or Locum Consultant in Acute Medicine with an additional leadership opportunity as the Head of Acute Medicine (a 2 PA role + £10K responsibility payment, 3-year term). With a state-of-the-art Same Day Emergency Care department, a spacious Acute Medical Unit, and a Short Stay Unit, you'll work alongside a team of Consultants, Registrars, junior doctors, ACPs, and Physician Associates.
