A founder, not just a joiner. Stella was instrumental in building Cubed's healthcare and international recruitment division from the ground up. She didn't walk into something established — she helped create it. There's a difference, and it matters.

Stella works across both Cubed Talent and Indigo Healthcare Recruitment — and also carries operational responsibility for our International Resourcing and Service Delivery hub in Pune, India. It's a broad remit, but one that reflects exactly where her strengths lie: building things, connecting the dots, and making sure the right people end up in the right places — whether that's down the road or on the other side of the world.

Alongside Jess and the wider team, Stella is a driving force behind our NxTGeN 2030 strategy — and as part of that plan, she has been identified as our incoming Managing Director. It's a natural next step for someone who has helped shape this business from day one.
