Location: Northern England (hybrid/head‑office + regional travel)

🎯 The Opportunity

We are seeking a high‑impact Managing Director to lead a strategic growth phase across the North of England. This is a newly established executive position designed for a dynamic leader who can scale operations rapidly while retaining culture and values:

Spearhead acquisition integration and operational upscaling
Build robust systems and structures to elevate acquired homes
Collaborate with regional leadership and steer commercial expansion
Represent the organisation with stakeholders—investors, lenders, landlords
Strengthen your personal brand alongside the group’s growth journey
