We’re looking for a Capital Project Manager to join a forward-thinking NHS Trust in the South West. This is your chance to be part of a major Trust Development Project, shaping the future of healthcare delivery through high-impact capital schemes.

You'll support the Strategic Estates Programme Manager in delivering large-scale projects from concept to completion, lead on smaller enabling works, and ensure site activities are safe, compliant, and well-coordinated. From NEC3 Works Supervision to engaging specialist consultants and writing tender documents — this role offers real ownership and variety.

✅ What you’ll need:

Degree (or equivalent experience) in Construction, Engineering or Architecture
Project Management qualification
Strong experience delivering capital projects within complex environments
Ability to manage consultants and contractors across disciplines
Chartered membership (RIBA, RICS, CIOB) – desirable but not essential
