Congratulations, Raj!

This week marks Raj's first anniversary with us, and it's fair to say she hit the ground running and hasn't looked back.

From day one, Raj brought something genuinely hard to teach — an instinct for finding and engaging the clinical healthcare professionals that most recruiters simply can't get near. Sourcing elusive, in-demand doctors takes patience, persistence, and exceptional people skills. Raj has all three in abundance, and her approach to research is frankly outstanding.
