Location: Northern England (hybrid/head‑office + regional travel)

🎯 The Opportunity

We are seeking a high‑impact Managing Director to lead a strategic growth phase across the North of England. This is a newly established executive position designed for a dynamic leader who can scale operations rapidly while retaining culture and values:

  • Spearhead acquisition integration and operational upscaling

  • Build robust systems and structures to elevate acquired homes

  • Collaborate with regional leadership and steer commercial expansion

  • Represent the organisation with stakeholders—investors, lenders, landlords

  • Strengthen your personal brand alongside the group’s growth journey


🔍 What We’re Looking For

We want an ambitious, loyal “A‑player” with:

  • Proven MD/Executive-level experience in growing or transforming a care provider

  • Background managing investor relations, commercial partnerships, financing deals

  • Track record of longevity and loyalty to previous employers
