🎯 The Opportunity

We are seeking a high‑impact Managing Director to lead a strategic growth phase across the North of England. This is a newly established executive position designed for a dynamic leader who can scale operations rapidly while retaining culture and values:

  • Spearhead acquisition integration and operational upscaling

  • Build robust systems and structures to elevate acquired homes

  • Collaborate with regional leadership and steer commercial expansion

  • Represent the organisation with stakeholders—investors, lenders, landlords

  • Strengthen your personal brand alongside the group’s growth journey

🩺 Consultant Anaesthetist 📍 UK – NHS Hospital 💼 Division: Surgery, Anaesthetics & Critical Care 🕒 Contract: Permanent | 10 PAs (Full-time / Part-time / Job-share considered) 💰 Salary: Competitive NHS Consultant Pay Scale About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Consultant Anaesthetist to join a progressive NHS Trust within the Division of Surgery, Anaesthetics, and Critical Care. This is a 10 PA post (8.5 Direct Clinical Care + 1.5 Supporting Professional Activity), offering a balance between clinical work, leadership, and development opportunities. The successful candidate will be based across the Trust’s main and secondary hospital sites, providing elective and trauma anaesthesia services. You’ll be part of a supportive, forward-thinking department that values collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality anaesthetic services across a variety of surgical specialties. Participate in elective and weekend trauma sessions as required. Contribute to service development, audit, and clinical governance initiatives. Support teaching and supervision of trainees and junior medical staff.
