Up to £70,000

You don’t have to be a registered nurse, but you’ll benefit from strong leadership experience and a track record of quality care delivery, ideally with dementia experience. Your mission: steward an authentic, care-led home where residents thrive—not just exist. Why This Role Stands Out Design & Environment: Household model with open kitchens, reducing stress and supporting independent navigation. Every floor connects with the outdoors, promoting movement and calm. Central social and dining spaces encourage meaningful connection. Thoughtfully designed to boost sleep, nutrition, and overall wellbeing—in a true, homely setting. Nutrition-led dining: meals that nourish and delight, served in spaces that foster connection. Support & Culture: Small, integrated family-run leadership team, aligned on quality and sustainability. The opportunity to be a culture creator, shaping something truly special from the ground up.
