🎯 What We’re Looking For

Experienced and registered nurse (RGN/RMN) with a strong record in nursing-home or care-home quality and compliance.

Proven leadership in navigating commercial sector dynamics and regulatory demands.

In-depth knowledge of CQC standards, clinical and operational governance, safeguarding policy, risk frameworks, and clinical audits

Track record of improvement — managing investigations, driving action plans, writing quality reports, and embedding learning across teams
-
High achiever ready to take the next strategic career step and thrive in a senior, visible role.
🛠 Key Responsibilities

Establish and lead an integrated quality and governance framework aligned with national standards.

Oversee incident reporting, risk assessments, safeguarding, complaints, and audits.

Chair governance sub-committees and report monthly to the board.

Support home managers with compliance action plans and CQC improvement strategies.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and transparency throughout the organisation.
