Deputy Manager – Nursing Home
📍 Greater Manchester area
🕒 Full time – 40 hours per week
💷 Circa £50K

I'm currently working with a well-established, family-run care provider in the Greater Manchester area that is looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join their leadership team in a nursing home setting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with previous leadership experience who is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care and is ready to take the next step in their career.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service

  • Lead, inspire and manage a team of clinical and care staff

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care that meets CQC standards

  • Maintain accurate care records and care plans

  • Liaise with families, external professionals and stakeholders

  • Uphold a culture of dignity, respect and excellence in care

  • Act as a role model and lead by example in all aspects of care delivery

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • A Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN

  • Previous experience in a Deputy Manager or Senior Nurse role within a care home

  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

  • A commitment to high standards and continual improvement
