How Does It Work?

• Identify a Junior or Middle Grade Doctor, Locum Consultant Doctor or Consultant with Specialist Registration in your network who’s interested in working in the UK.
• Get their permission to share their details with us.
• Contact one of our Indigo Team members on 0330 123 9665 or email referral@indigohealthcare.co.uk to refer a Candidate today.
• If your referral is successful, you earn a substantial referral bonus of up to £1000!* (*subject to T&C's below).

• The Referrer must have and be able to prove consent to refer the candidate before submitting details
• The candidate must not already be registered on our database at the point of referral and commence work within six months of the registration date
• Where the same candidate is introduced by more than one person, only the first application received will qualify for a fee
• The referral bonus is payable into the Referrers bank account within 30 days of the Candidate completing their three month successful probationary period as confirmed by the client
• If the referrer operates a UK based Limited Company, bonus payments will be made to the Limited Company and a company invoice is required
• It is the responsibility of the Referrer to make the required tax declarations relevant to the country they reside in
• By submitting a referral, the Referrer is deemed to accept these terms and conditions
• This bonus scheme is not open to employees or past employees of Indigo Healthcare Recruitment
• In the event of a disputed fee, the company’s decision shall be final
• Indigo Healthcare retain the right to change the conditions of or cancel the scheme without written notice
