About Me

There's a version of offshoring that's purely transactional — a back-office function you set up and forget about. What Priyen and his team are building, is something quite different.
 
Priyen leads international service delivery strategy across both Cubed Talent and Indigo Healthcare Recruitment — and the operation he oversees has evolved well beyond its original brief. What started as a research and candidate generation function has grown into a fully-fledged Agile Resourcing Hub: a genuine engine room that powers complex, high-volume work for clients across multiple sectors, at pace, and at scale.
 
That evolution doesn't happen by itself. It takes someone with the vision to see what's possible, and the capability to actually deliver it. Priyen has both.
Over the years, he's built a well-earned reputation as the person you call when international recruitment gets complicated — high-volume mandates, tight timelines, multi-territory projects. Across more than 30 projects, the team has delivered over 1,000 successful placements — while building and nurturing a high-quality ecosystem of qualified clinicians and growing a close network of thousands of high-level, in-demand professionals across the international healthcare landscape. What the hub offers today:
 
The Indigo India team provides a comprehensive and growing range of services — including international talent search and acquisition, data and research-led candidate generation, market insights and analysis, in-country conferences and assessment centres, 360-degree project management, and flexible RPO (where we essentially act as your recruitment department, handling everything from sourcing to hire) and BPO (where we take on wider business processes — compliance, administration, candidate management — so your team doesn't have to). For high-potential candidates, the team also runs the VIP Candidate Concierge — a whole-of-career advisory service built around long-term potential, not just the next role.
 
Where it's heading:
 
The mission for Indigo India is straightforward, even if the execution isn't — to become the rapid-response RPO and BPO partner of choice for organisations across the UK, EMEA, and beyond. Faster, smarter, and more flexible than the alternatives.
