About Me
Jess's story with Cubed is a good one. What started as a student summer job — followed by an industrial placement from Northumbria University, where she studied Business Studies — has grown into something we're genuinely proud of.
She has a rare combination: the ambition to push forward, an almost unsettling ability to absorb and apply new knowledge on the fly, and a natural instinct to add value every single day. That combination tends to get you places — and it's taken Jess from recruitment support through to Head of Operations and Best Practice, and into her current role as Director and Head of Service Delivery.
Jess works across both Cubed Talent and Indigo Healthcare — stepping in wherever there's a natural overlap between the two. It's not a stretch, because it doesn't need to be; both businesses share the same culture, values, and what we call our Gold Standard approach to doing business. Same DNA, different specialisms.
Jess is central to our NxTGeN succession plan and plays a real part in shaping where Cubed Talent is headed — our goal being to become one of the most trusted specialist recruiters and managed service providers in our space.
