About Me

  • Strategic, long-term workforce planning.

Teamwork and collaboration.

Indigo + clients = many more times the sum of our parts.

A universal challenge often facing many clients – are other significant demands time, headspace and resources – people and organisation are busy, caught up in the intensity of the day to day.   The idea of stepping back – carrying out a critical review of the recruitment strategy – what’s working, what’s not – and why not – is a luxury they often don’t have.

That’s where we can make the biggest and best contribution for most of our partner clients.
