Shaun Simmons has spent three decades building recruitment businesses at every level — from a frontline permanent/specialist search recruiter to main board director — and for several years he's brought that experience to Indigo Healthcare Recruitment's board.
His career runs through some of the sector's biggest growth stories: leading Prime Time Recruitment through a string of acquisitions and national expansion, steering its merger into Cordant Recruitment, and later running Cordant's Technical & Engineering division as Managing Director, where a technology-led transformation delivered outstanding year-end results across specialist sectors from Aviation to Power & Energy.
Today, alongside his role as Non-Executive Director, Shaun continues to advise Indigo Healthcare Recruitment and Cubed Talent on strategy, governance and — above all — people. Shaun's view is simple: sustainable success comes from developing people, not just processes.
