About the Role
Seeking an experienced and committed Consultant in Dermatology, the applicant will have experience in diagnosing and managing all aspects of general dermatology with an emphasis on skin cancer and surgery.
The post will support inpatient referrals to the speciality and provide clinical expertise to the referring medical teams. This post will provide consultant leadership to the supervision of nursing teams delivering phototherapy, photodynamic therapy, drug monitoring / biologics clinic, patch testing and intralesional steroid and botox injections.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee clinical compliance and all operational departments

Champion quality, safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety standards
Deliver exceptional person-centred care in line with best practice guidelines
Monitor and improve key performance indicators, audits, and action plans
Promote a culture of accountability, dignity, and compassion
Requirements
Essential:
RGN/RMN Qualification (Active NMC PIN)
Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management (or equivalent)
Proven experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a regulated setting
Strong knowledge of dementia care, CQC compliance, and clinical governance
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage budgets, audits, and performance reports
Flexible and hands-on management style with an ‘on call’ commitment
Desirable:
Existing local authority/commissioning relationships
Experience with marketing and admissions strategy
Evidence of cost management and efficiency improvements

As part of their continued growth, we are seeking an experienced ENT Doctor to join their expert panel on a part-time basis.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to apply your ENT expertise in a medico-legal context, working on personal injury, clinical negligence, and occupational health cases. You'll focus on providing high-quality medical assessments and detailed reports that stand up in legal settings.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct medical assessments for ENT-related conditions
Produce clear, well-structured medico-legal reports
Provide expert opinion on prognosis and rehabilitation
Participate in hearings or court appearances (when required)
Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism
Work closely with a supportive admin and secretarial team
Key Details:
Approx. 15 hours/week – flexible and remote
Up to £60,000 p.a. (pro rata)
Fully remote role, with occasional court attendance if needed
Requirements:
Medical degree with ENT specialisation (FRCS or equivalent)
Strong clinical background with attention to detail
